At Refinery Republic, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver only the best. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Email us at info@refineryrepublic.co with your order details and images of the issue.
We’ll respond within 48 working hours and arrange a free reverse pick-up within 3–5 business days.
2. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Size-Related Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer size or product exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
4. Refunds
If the replacement product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–21 working days of processing.
5. Discounted Products
No returns or refunds are accepted on discounted or sale items.
